WHAT IS MODIFYRE 2020: CYBERHIVE SOCIETY?

Like any Burn event, CyberHive Society centres around a paddock – in this case a CyberPaddock; a custom-made, online, interactive, multi-app space to explore and create in. Wew! The CyberPaddock facilitates a new Modifyre experience, acting as a hub for Theme Camps, video-conference parties, discussions, physical/digital art-experiences and all forms of user-generated content.

Participants will have their own, customisable Avatars, with cute animations, virtual hugs, and more!

Curious about how the online platform will work? Watch below as Mane “Latina Turner” Buenavides (Latin Quarter) and Karl “Just Karl” Richardson (Sunset Ducks) go exploring the Cyberpaddock!

And don't forget to check out our SURVIVAL GUIDE for everything you need to know about attending our online burn.

However, if you're new and burn-curious, check out our 2019 Survival Guide to get a good idea of what we are all about when we meet on the paddock!

Radical Self-Reliance
Tickets

TICKETS ARE THE KEY TO CREATING MODIFYRE.

EVERYONE BUYS ONE, INCLUDING OUR PRODUCTION TEAM.

This is in an effort to promote crowd-creation over commercialisation. There are no sponsors or corporate production companies. There's just you, me, our collective resources, and our endless imaginations.

WHAT DOES TICKET MONEY GO TOWARDS?

In 2020, we have opted for all proceeds, minus a Carbon Offset, to the local community in Inglewood, where Modifyre normally takes place.

Our finances are handled entirely by our parent organisation BURN Arts inc., which is a registered not-for-profit. For transparency, our finances are published here.
